M Vest Water AS - Mandatory notification of trade by close associates

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by M Vest Water AS (the"Company") on 23 April 2024 regarding the successfully placed privateplacementof 2,500,000 new shares in the Company, each at a subscription price of NOK8.00(the "Offer Price") (the "Private Placement"). Further, reference is made tothestock exchange announcement published by the Company 25 April 2024 regardingtheshare lending agreement between M Vest Invest AS and Fearnleys Securities AS(the "Manager"), pursuant to which the Manager borrowed 2,049,668 shares intheCompany held by M Vest Invest AS (the "Shares") for settlement purposes in thePrivate Placement.

Following the registration of the share capital increase as announced earliertoday, 8 May 2024, the shares pertaining to the Private Placement have beenissued, and the Manager has delivered the borrowed Shares back to M VestInvestAS.

Thereby, M Vest Invest AS, a closely associated company to Tor OlavGabrielsen,the chairperson of the Company's board of directors, today, 8 May 2024,receivedthe 2,049,668 Shares borrowed by the Manager. As a result, M Vest Invest ASnowholds 11,062,216 shares in the Company.
