The recent crypto melt down has not changed my call on Monero relative to BTC. I have been shaken out of my position and I already regret it. The long term outperformance of XMR relative to bitcoin is still valid. The downturn only provided a strong backtest of the breakout. PRESENTLY THIS IS A NO BRAINER !

XMR has violated support on the 185 - 189 USD level. However it reclamed that level very rapidely. MONERO has formed a beautiful cup & handle pattern on the USD pair. Difficult to be bearish - despite present market conditions.

Bitcoin dominance is in a descending triangle for 12 months now. It has touched the base three times now. In most of the cases the breakout is bearish. The PO of such pattern would be a dominance at around 25 - 27 %. Do not discount an Altseason yet.

Monero is not the only privacy coin that is set for a break out ! ARRR Pirate Chain Token has formed an inverse H & S formation with neckline around 1.40 USD. Volume seams to be supporting the break out. This is still a small cap with 250 million USD capitalisation. So things could heat up quickly after closing above the neckline. Not financial advise.... but I am in.

MONERO has been in a bear market for a long time against Bitcoin ! This is about to change soon. I noticed a fractal that points to the last great bull market in 2015 - 2018. At that time XMR made a 900 X move. Will history repeat ? Not sure but set up looks quite similar..... MONERO in the four five digits XX'XXX is not out of reach !!
