Impala Bondco plc, trading as Impero, announces the appointments of Toby Hartman as CEO and Adrian Muniz as CFO. Toby and Adrian are both seasoned industry executives with outstanding histories in leading private equity backed technology businesses to very successful exits. Prior to joining Impero, they also collaborated very effectively as Operating Partners with Investcorp Technology Partners, the majority shareholder of Impero.  Gilbert Kamieniecky, the Head of European Private Equity at Investcorp added: "The appointments of Toby & Adrian clearly demonstrate Investcorp's belief and unwavering confidence in Impero.  We are very proud to call Impero an Investcorp portfolio company and we remain extremely excited about the markets Impero serves."
