GM - Increase in Probability of Appreciation

Updated
Fibo clouds have emerged from this latest pivot compacted and aligned in the sequence of timeframes (30', 60', H4 and D) in a way that provides support for the candles to reach the first target. There is a graphical reference that forces us to set the first target at 43.53.

However, if this first target is reached, with a partial realization of 50%, and as long as the stop loss is moved to the position where the trade was entered, it will be possible to let the candles develop towards the target or the loss repositioned

This is our strategy for trading this stock
Risk/Return is 3 and ideally an intermediate target should be placed between the initial and final target.

The original complex fib cloud technique used here was the same as that used in the studies on Exxom Mobil and Apple, as can be seen in the links below
Trade closed: target reached
General Motors reached the first target where ideally 50% of the investment should be sold, with a partial result of +5.09% in two trading sessions. As foreseen in the risk management of the operation, on this occasion the stop loss should be moved to the entry line of the position at 41.50. The aim of this action is to protect the result and mitigate the risk of losses while trying to reach the final goal where the other 50% of the remaining capital is expected to be realized. Note that the description of this fictitious operation is only intended to demonstrate the effectiveness of the technique with the indispensable risk management. As a practice, new updates will be presented as new targets are reached, both in this operation and in the others we are publishing here.
Trade closed: target reached
Final target reached, resulting in total appreciation of +15.43%
