I think there are 3 scenarios is 2020
Scenario 1:
Bitcoin will crash further down and might take some other Cryptos down with it crippling the whole Crypto Market loosing all public trust that is left and BTC will ultimately DIE.
Scenario 2:
Everyone expected another big drop like last time in November 2018...but it didn't happen and it's becoming overdue for a little too long to be a fake in my taste. Which means this is another BULL run which could very well cause problems with high fluctuation meaning people will loose a lot of money again...this is why I am hoping for a more predictable price future of Bitcoin but I think for this whole "Bitcoin will replace Gold" thing to work out it must be able to contain a steady price which would only occur in case of a global takeover where BTC will likely reflect a price correlating with the whole Global Market which would make BTC incredibly precious it would be the safe haven for Governments to back their money and let's be honest if you can trust the $ you can trust the ₿ because both are backed by imagination.
Scenario 3:
Crypto is a bunch of wishful thinking and will be banned and at max people would be forced to use Governments own Crypto money which would put politicians (I feel dumber and dumber writing this) in control of your money. I'm just saying unless they turn off your lights Crypto will survive who knows a lot of business is being made in Crypto and a lot of people with a LOT of money invest into this and there are many people who have very HIGH interest in Bitcoin adaptation.
Conclusion: Very few good arguments can be made against buying BTC (or crypto in general - DAPPS, etc) it's just one imaginary number changing into another people have to believe in money for it to work. Since we have no god anymore but only money to believe in...in which will you trust?
For me I'm not sure about Bitcoins future and I'm not sure about Cryptos future in general but looking back and looking ahead I see how money has failed before and maybe it's time to take the money into your own hands and take it away from the Governments of the world. Because all they do with your money is inflate it anyway so why not buy just a little Crypto before you might not be able to buy anything with your local currency anymore.
