On the basis of previous cycles analysis. S&P 500 index is now in the 1st wave of the new growth cycle. Technically and fundamentally now I expect the downside to $4200, but not for long. After this SPX is going to reach the $5050 price level. Then after 2nd wave correction (10%) 6 month before US President election SPX starts its 3rd wave up to $6060.
