SPY is forming a nice consolidation pattern in the last couple of days and looks primed for a move lower. We also see an inverted cup and and handle on this 15m chart. I am targeting the previous low short-term, and around $400 for the mid-term. Good Luck!

Bitcoin is seeing a smaller scale fractal of the pattern that we saw from January to May of this year. We have broken down the EMA lines and now pushed back up into them, indicating a corrective wave. I am targeting 40k for this move, as that is an area of structure and a 50% retracement. Good Luck!
