We created a new resistance around 2328-2331 if it holds up we can see Gold potentially selling to 2300 or lower. Having started the new month it is good consider the fundamental data as well and incorporate it into our analyses.

While the bulls still have the upper hand i do expect Gold to give us a bit of a pull back to ease on the rally that we had. I don't expect a trend reversal as we have been long Gold since February. Trading highs is very tricky you don't have to be too bias on your idea, checking news events will help in making final decision.

With the start of the week we are down at least a 1000pips, does that mean we are oversold? well not exactly but the uncertainty in the market is usually good for catching some good trades. We are currently at the low of the bullish trend that's been going on. I'm really hoping for a retracement back to 2360 to at least correct for the 1000pip move we had.
