💎The bearish scenario which we had mentioned in the previous FREE update, proved to be correct! BTC kept being very volatile, and the break of the triangle was explosive, 17% drop after the triangle breakdown📉!
💎As yesterdays bearish triangle breakdown proved us to be very accurate in predicting the retesting of $30,000 to $28,000, which the ParadiseTeam mentioned to be a powerful support zone. We can see a significant bounce from this area today, which is excellent. And right now, BTC is attempting to recover above $33,000!
💎Despite seeing an incredible bounce exactly from our anticipated strong support zone of 28-30k, Bitcoin has turned bearish in the mid-term for the first time since October last year because after breaking the triangle we have made LL (Lower Low) and the Crypto Fear and Greed Index has dropped to its weakest level since October last year. We have been waiting for this index to reset for some time. With the index moving into the opposite direction from the very greedy mode, now is an excellent time to look for strength.
💎According to OKEx top trader data, longs are currently 2,5x times larger than shorts. CryptoQuants Coinbase Premium Index has also returned to the neutral territory after sinking heavily in the red overnight. The Coinbase Premium Index theory is that the higher the premium, the stronger the buying pressure from BTC whales. So it is a good gauge of overall buying strength.
💎As illustrated in the chart, recovery may be possible towards our new resistance zone of 34-36k. However, we believe the situation is ultimately bearish going into mid-late Q1 2021. In terms of technicals, BTC must regain its short-term bullish bias and create an HL (Higher Low) again at least on the daily timeframe, or it will be at risk of dropping towards $22k.
