ETH/BTC Published in need of your opinion

Being a newbie on TA, i could use as many opinions as possible...

On the ETH/BTC pair, what do we see?

Is it a symmetrical triangle ( blue ) with its measured target OR should this be treated as a bullish flag ( red ) with a much higher target?

I really hope to get as many opinions as to which one it is ( not ) and why ( not ).
