Potential mini cup and handle on 4HR forming. If bulls end up breaking neck line and 50 EMA then maybe push up to 100 EMA on the 4hr at around $70-72?

Bears putting up good resistance at 50EMA on the 4HR and cup and handle may be in jeopardy. Bulls going to need higher volume to pull out any significant up trend now. Maybe sideways movement int he short term again.

4HR shows loss of momentum on the MACD and RSI still has some room to go down. Cup and handle target achieved. Would not be surprised if slow bleed to $66 area where there is some current support in the short term. Too equivocal technical right now to call any major move up or down but looks like LTC still stuck in overall down trend despite recent small bull push.
