SIRI - Getting Sirusly BullishSiri earnings are here and there are MANY reasons to be bullish. Fundamentals Warren Buffet's Berkshire has been buying relentlessly over recent months. The stock is down 68% from its high in July this year. Siri's earnings have been exceptional for years. Tomorrow (31st October) is predicted to be no different. Gross margins of 49%, EBITDA margin of 29% and P/E ratio of 8.2 in prior quarter. Technicals RSI has put in a higher-low & is giving us a glimpse of divergence. The price recently put in a lower-low, suggesting selling pressure is limited from here. From a technical perspective, NASDAQ:SIRI is just about to complete a 7 year accumulation phase in a wedge pattern (yellow). When it does so, it will also put the finishing touches to an inverse head & shoulders (or cup and handle) pattern that has lasted 23 years. That head was a HUGE elongated structure, after the stock was teetering on the verge of bankruptcy in 2008/9. By taking the height of the H&S structure and applying it on-top (white arrows), you get an eventual price target (T2) of, that's right ....$10,100 a share. 370x from current levels. That T2 target also corresponds with the 2.0 fibonacci level. An earlier more modest initial target is the 1.414 fib, of $530 (19.3x). This coincides with it's prior all-time high and where the stock may find a place to rest for a breather on it's meteoric rise. An extended T3 target for the 2040s would land in the fib pocket (2.272/2.414) priced at between $40k - $80k a share. And yes. I'm deadly Sirius . Summary NASDAQ:SIRI looks like it will be shining bright until at least 2030, and likely beyond. One of the best value investors of all-time agrees (at a time when he is raising significant cash from Apple & Bank of America) amidst uncertainty & a transition of infrastructure. Satellite communication companies are really about to kick into their adoption phase. We may all soon realise why Siri is a crucial part of that future.

GOOG: Top Signal Below Critical Resistance Line!Key Observations: Inverted Head and Shoulders Pattern: The chart recently completed an inverted head and shoulders pattern, which is a bullish reversal signal. What's more, according to Bulkowski's studies, a pullback after the breakout of the neckline of an iH&S occurs 65% of the time (Encyclopedia of Chart Patern). If GOOG is about to makes a sharper coreection, the timing couldn't be better. 21-day EMA: The 21-day EMA (blue line) is trending upwards and has provided strong support throughout this uptrend. As long as the price stays above this moving average, the overall trend remains bullish. Conclusion: GOOG is materializing a mid-term pullback, as observed on the daily chartt, which is statistically plausible. The 21-day EMA, along with the neckline at $170 are our next technical support levels. For now, there is no technical evidence suggesting that GOOG will reject the idea of a correction. Catching a Falling Knife TradeTechnical: A classic 5 wave pattern down, a large head and shoulders pattern confirmed the massive drop. Price is now stabilizing, we could be in the final stages of Wave 5. Each wave down was a short trade at the 0.5 and 0.618 Fib retracement. It's been a brutal 76% crash since the top. I would like to see a change in market structure as this has been a falling knife and whilst this is going sideways the buying pressure needs to step in. I am therefore watching the earnings and charts closely on this before taking a long position. Fundamentals: Strong Brand Portfolio and Global Presence: Estee Lauder owns a diversified portfolio of premium brands, including MAC, Clinique, and La Mer, which have strong recognition and customer loyalty globally. I'm still debating whether or not to hold contract passed earnings since it may cause a drop and I would rather exit then to hold. If I'm up at least 15% on the contract I'll put a trailing stop loss. Contract purchased: - 17 JAN 25 40c (down -5%) Entry Price: - $37.22 @ 3:34pm Rationale for contract: - Price appears to have hit a support around $36 (previous resistance) - Price hit the all-time 0.618 bullish Fibonacci - MACD curling up; blue line approaching the orange line that indicates bullishness - RSI @ 46; near the medium line of 50 Conclusion: If price goes below the previous weekly low at $36, I'll cut. If price hits $41 before earnings, I'll sell or put a 5% trailing stop loss.

NVAX, is prepping for a turnaround ERA. Massive Growth Prospect!NVAX surged an impressive 29.4% last trading day with significant volume. Net positive volume increased massively from 6.33M to 28.12M for a 344% increase. These extraordinary numbers should be telling of what's to come in the mid to long term. Buyers are back in the scene, positioning at the current price range in anticipation of growth prospect both in technical and fundamental aspect. On our monthly data, some big shifts are happening. On histogram, the stock recorded its third straight shifted lines -- these lines came out after 3.5 years of waiting. SMCI Bull run overWe ended the fifth impulsive wave a lot higher and the ongoing collapse is nowhere near ending. The bull market is well and truly over for SMCI. Trade the charts, not the news. I did bring this to your attention 3 weeks before the news of potential accounting fraud became apparent. I did warn bag holders not to buy the dip - look my related post. Instead I got hate and dislikes for my post. It's like people don't want to hear the truth. Don't love anything that won't love you back, speculative assets included. The truth is that risk management is key to preserving wealth. I was against buying the dip, there is a potential long trade to be had at way lower levels. However, in light of the accounting issues this company is in deep trouble and people are fighting to get to the exit door. Not financial advice, just my thoughts.
