DOTUSDT Thoughts - (ver.2)

This is a simple look at DOT/USDT as it was requested.
Past hacks certainly haven't helped DOT yet they still have a pretty solid support for their staking platform (@52% of circulating supply staked) so I assume there is still solid trust in DOT's Development
