Too many test of the same Level for BITSTAMP:BTCUSD by ChaoticNeutral

Every time we hit a certain price level, it's more and more likely to break.
We just hit de 9500-9000 zone for the fourth time.
I'm not expecting it to hold even if we can see a bullish divergence on the RSI
