After doing all the setup and start trying to trade Crypto I realize that I can't trade crypto, why do they give the option If it isn't possible?
Cannot use any of the app in my state. No forex or crypto trades are available to me. Will refund my account and discontinue use.
Customer service is not good due to only being able to contact them via email. There is no chat option for text or phone calls. Granted this is why they have the lowest fee's. Other then that I have had no problems trading on their platform.

Limited choices
Says available in the United states. After depositing, come to find out its not available in my state, in the USA...... Now my money is on hold for up to a week and I need it now. After my research I thought I found the right broker, but being available in the US is obviously a false notion.
