Experimenting with Alpaca python API. Very powerful.

They been taking my money..

I am just getting started but really like the capabilities of the API and the partnership with Polygon. I also like the extra effort put into a consumable UI as well. Well done.

YOU HAVE GOT TO CHANGE THE NOTIFICATION FOR PDT VIOLATIONS, FROM AFTER THE TRADE IS OPEN, TO BEEEEEEEFFFFFOOOOORRRREEE THE TRADE IS OPEN! AFTER TODAY, IM CLOSING THIS STUPID ACCOUNT. ITS A DEATH TRAP FOR MY HARD EARNED WAGES! NOBODY ANSWERED MY MESSAGES THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED.

Super buggy... I'm not sure if it's a Tradingview or an Alpaca issue but some stocks (in the US exchanges) don't load up properly to buy/sell on Tradingview but are accessible directly on Alpaca website.

Constant issues. Outages everyday this week. Blank dashboards, orders not executing, no phone support. Absolutely unacceptable.

No support for wire transfers, no indicators of buying power in trading view, support is email only, I do like how it will block you from margin call trades. Account security features I kinda lackluster but its free I guess.

first day I try using Alpaca they were down and I missed out on a trading day. Will give them another try this upcoming week...

Don't even consider this if you trade with real money. Its API are regularly down, and you may lose hours of access to your account because of its bad auth service.
