Weekly bearish since it has wick and pullback after hitting weekly OB+and weekly PB+ (Propulsion Block) and clearing H1 Sellside.
We have MSS (market structure shift) in H1.
We are at Daily OB- (Order block Bearish)
We are also at Weekly Mean Threshold which is almost the same price level/zone with the daily OB-
Having a look at the weekly chart we have a wick to fill
