BLUR/USDT
I have set two alerts for BLUR, one is the 4h 200MA and the second is the head and shoulders target, I would look to only buy BLUR spot when it is considered "cheap" also look at marketcap too, if something is overvalued you don't want to be in it unless your shorting it :)
