Отметка 20к выбрана по Фибоначчи и как максимум предыдущего предыдущего цикла 2018г. Ещё не было падения ниже предыдущего хая.Note
Резкое падение ниже 10к возможно в момент как только sp500 покажет своё падение и наступление нового мирового кризиса, пузырь уже на грани и собирается лопнуть, ФРС просто оттягивает этот момент.
