I hope everyone is doing well. What you can see below are my thoughts, analysis of the Bitcoin cycles. As you can see, we are approaching the accumulation phase and in a moment we should leave the red zone, which is the bearish market.
In the accumulation phase, however, in my opinion, still unfavorable events for Bitcoin may occur, which is why I do not rule out a drop to 10k. This is because of Moving avarages, but also from the level of the bottom that I set for myself, how the covid crash was created.
However, no one knows exactly where the bottom is. Influencers who keep publishing videos that the bottom is already there are still making you wicked. Nobody knows where the bottom is. In order not to miss the train, I decided to start the accumulation because in March 2024 another halving on Bitcoin begins. In the accumulation phase, I will be investing about 15% of my savings per month.
If you look at my graph you can see below that the RSI 14 is at very low levels which might suggest a rebound. This is a bullish signal, but don't get too euphoric as the FTX issues and the war in Ukraine may still have a negative impact on the price. We still have crazy inflation in the world...
A question should be asked here, if most of us are already so well educated about cycles, price dumps, retracements, does the whales will not want to fool us? It is enough that the accumulation cycle will be twice as long and no one will get a sense of what is going on. Anyway, the price of Bitcoin should rise over time, so the current entry level for me is very attractive.
So what Bitcoin won't grow to 200-300k in the next cycle? I'm afraid not. I think the maximum is 100-120k but it's still a lot. I think that it will be possible to earn much more on ALTS in the 4th cycle - and I will also be positioning for it.
Oh and I almost forgot... I am also shorting right now ETHEREUM because there was no big price drop. I bet the price should drop smoothly to the last low of $ 800 if not lower. I honestly think we'll see Ethereum next year for $ 400-600.
Besides shorting Ether, I opened a lot of longs as some ALTs were at the bottom. Currently, I am already in the positive hundreds of percent and I will close them very soon depended on the situation.
