DOGE BREAKOUT
Just as I predicted,
right after the enormous flag it formed DOGE/USDT was either falling or rising. It decided to rise.
And you can see that right after it touched the fibonacci level at around 0.065 it got rejected but this is not a bad indication,
It may still continue to rise after such a big pump in less than an hour !
