Harmonics is a short-term sell with a long-term buy signal. SSTIS is a confirmed sell and a fake bull. 2D MV chart is a confirmed sell and signals an intial bearish leg on MVO. It means a bull/bear switch on MVO. SVT will keep monitoring this signal as it can be an initial signal for a confirmed MVO bull/bear surge signal which is usually a trend-change signal. Position of V-MA on 2D MV chart is well above, however, due to the initial MVO bull/bear switch SVT will rise its bearish position to 50% at open.
