欧央行利率决议没有想象中鸽派，欧元拉升但收盘依然未突破1.13关口，当前价格盘整，
建议关注小时图收盘，如果收盘无法上破1.1295，可以考虑放空下方目标1.118，如果实体收盘突破则止损；
而如果价格回踩1.1255，小时收线不跌破，考虑做多上方目标1.138，同样实体收盘跌破则止损。
