Target price long term

When we look at chart, we can see that the stock has entered new trend which is going down. The deals that made and good news are very important for this stock. In my opinion first target price would be around 9-9.80 between in short term like 3 weeks from now. But in the long run if it happens to make more deals then there will bi very high rewards
