Risk Aversion Gains Traction

The S&P 500 dropped below its 200-day moving average this past session - a technical boundary that had helped support the bullish view of the past two months. The move was substantial, but it wasn't isolated. There were declines in a range of 'risk' oriented assets including emerging market, high yield and commodities. That qualifies as a meaningful risk aversion move to me.
