descending wedge offers pontential setup
A break below the prior low, followed by a break back above the wedge is where I see the best R/R.

this setup has been invalidated. because the setup never had a chance to complete (required a move below 8.41), there was no riskOrder cancelled
oil broke out of the pattern before the setup was triggered. Opportunities are made up easier than losses.
