Bullish USDCNH showing signs of bearish divergence

Let me short that real quick.
I am risking very very little and already using over 20% of my margin on one of my 2 FX brokers.
Really feeling the awesome new regulations. I am going to get capped really quick, if I dare take more than a few trades in october when activity resumes.
I will not be allowed to hold winning positions as swing trades?

23 minute left to get a reversal candle on 4 hour, not that it is a strong signal, just something reassuring when you are already short.

Oh crap I check the chart & before I took the trade it had already tested resistance and retraced once.
Wups, my bad XD
My system clearly states I should not short something it it ALREADY rejected resistance once.
Wupsi.
I barely get any trades and I did not bother checking the chart before taking this one. Lazy fatass...
