The sentiment in Canada is people are not liking plastic stored radiated weed that in many cases has grown mold while on the shelves. Grey-law shops have all closed. Many buyers have opted back to black markets. Many people are upset their legal options and growing is limited to 4 plants and in most cases limited to just home owners due to eviction clauses. I foresee more bearish price action.

You can now buy packages of 4 seeds for $60 from gov canada website. Shopper's drugmart will be selling soon. Fundamentally I am not sure whats so special about the 8th. Technically I see price hitting previous support (bearish)

Canopy Growth lands a cannabis store in Toronto early spring 2019. Look at the price now. Why would you buy a $400 oz when you can grab an oz from a street dealer for $125. Or better yet, grow your own under the 4 plant limit. However, soon the capitalists will win through bylaw changes and acquisitions. In the end they always win :(
