USDJPY: Bullish CypherHey Trader, We have a bullish Cypher pattern forming here on USDJPY with D leg completion at 109.130. I am currently in the process of back testing Cypher, Gartley and Bat patterns with the intention of adding at least one of these strategies to my current trading repertoire. AUDJPY - ''SHORT'' - (CANDLESTICK FORMATION)Confluences and Probability - Clear downtrend 4H + DAILY - 79.703 is channel low on the daily T.F we are seeing a clear break of this level - All MA's are suggesting strong bearish momentum - While having all these confluence to give evidence that we are in a overall bearish market we have other independent factors such as this clear ''Bearish Pennant'' in which we expecting a strong breakout to the downside and take a 2:1 Position the bearish pennant in it's self is a ''Bearish'' candlestick formation in which we should be looking to take a short trade to the downside - Unable to show you the daily chart, but the previous day friday 20th the market printed a LWP Long wick pattern in which price rejected off the previous daily support turned resistance All for now i'm going to start posting a little more charts :D

EURUSD: MORE DOWNSIDE?Hi Trader, We have a 2618 setup forming here on EURUSD in the context of the longer term downtrend. I am particularly confident in this setup for a number of reasons. The early-week rally has been almost completely eliminated with yesterday's selloff. A valid 2618 setup has formed with the double top and close below neckline, confirming the potential for an upcoming move to the downside. The reversal zone comes in at previous structure, as shown on the chart with the blue circles and arrows. It also happens to line up well with the Fibonacci retracement from the highs at 1.13870. BE AWARE that the ECB Press Conference and Interest Rate decision is imminent in 4 hours. Price action is likely to be volatile around this event. Just something to be aware of if you are trading Euro tonight, don't get caught with your pants down! If you are not familiar with this strategy, the 2618 trade is a countertrend strategy. Jason Stapleton introduced me to this specific strategy in his free training. Only take trades that are in your PREDETERMINED plan. If you don't have a plan, please get one before losing any more of your money! I trade the 2618 on the H4 and H1 timeframes on 8 currency pairs (AUDUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDJPY, EURJPY, GBPAUD, and USDCAD). I take aggressive orders meaning that once the requirements of the trade are met, I place a pending buy or sell limit and let the trade play out. The only adjustments after that come if/when price reaches target 1, where I close half the position for profit and move the stop on the remaining position to breakeven, locking in a winning trade.
