** Shares of Black Rock Mining BBKT rise as much as 3.2% to A$0.064, their highest level since May 28

** The graphite producer says its unit Faru Graphite Corporation signed a mining services contract with Taifa for the Mahenge Graphite project located in Tanzania

** Adds, contract is for an initial term of three years with a value of US$37.9 million for three years

** Stock is down 26.2% this year as of last close
