Croatia Trade Gap Little Changed in May

Croatia's trade deficit remained relatively stable in May 2024, standing at EUR 1.65 billion compared to EUR 1.64 billion in the same period last year, preliminary estimates showed.

Year-on-year, exports rose by 3.6% to EUR 2 billion, while imports edged up by 2.2% to EUR 3.6 billion.

Considering the January-May period, the trade deficit rose to EUR 7.6 billion from 7.1 billion in the same period of 2023.
