TF Breakout Bar

The TF Breakout Bar allows the user to check for a breakout or a breakdown on a specific time frame regardless of what time frame resolution the current chart is on.
The user can change the following:
Breakout and Breakdown time frame
Lookback bar period for breakouts
Lookback bar period for breakdowns
Invite-only script
