Percent stripes

By StefanReich
Updated
Do you hate it when auto-scaling leaves you guessing whether you are looking at microscopic or macroscopic price changes?

This indicator displays gray stripes indicating price changes of 1%. Helps see the price action scale at one glance!

You can also customize the 1% value if you like.

NOTE: Your display will be squashed after adding this indicator. To fix this, just right-click on the y-scale and select "Scale price chart only".

NOTE 2: On rare occasions, the stripes just disappear. Then playing a bit with the "historic bars to paint" setting should make them come back... :)
