Attempt to create/glean order blocks
Updated default settings.
Written around 1 Hour time frame, but will work on any time frame

to show ICT bias, change checkbox for ICT bias - default settings is mine for 1H
default ICT bias should change resolution to 1 Day and 9 and 18 EMA
default settings it will confirm the order block only if it breaks the previous 24 fractals - this can be turned off
includes alert settings for order blocks
