MACD strategy + Trailstop indicatorWelcome traveler ! Here is my first indicator I made after 3 days of hardlearning pine code (beginner in coding). I hope it will please you, if you have any suggestion to enhance this indicator, do not hesitate to give me your thoughts in the comments section or by Private message on trading View ! How does it works ? It's a simple MACD strategy as describe here : Uses of EMA 200 as a trend confirmer, For sells : When above Zero line (MACD) and under EMA200, we go on sell (background color is red) For buys: When under Zero line (MACD) and above EMA 200, we go on Buy (back ground color is green) FILTERS ! I haded one filter to reduce noise on the indicator : Signals aren't taken if one of the 14 last candles closed on the other side of the EMA 14. What are the green and red lines ? The green line is equivalent of a potential stop loss as a buyer side, same for the red one on seller side ! To make the space with the price bigger, please use "ATR multiplier" in the input options of the indicator while on your chart ! Is it timeframe specific ? Hell no it is not timeframe specific ! You can try to use it on every timeframe ! As usual, I like to remind you that the best way to test an indicator is to go backtest it or to paper trade before using it on real market conditions ! If you find an idea of filter for a specific timeframe, do not hesitate to contact me ! I'll try to do my best to enhance this indicator as the time goes ! Is there repainting ? There is no repainting on confirmation ! There's only a movement that I don't know how to ignore on the current open candle for the trail stop indicator I built, it should not be a problem if you place alerts to automatise your trading on the close of the candle, and not the high or low ! Heatmap MACD Strategy - Pineconnector (Dynamic Alerts)Hello traders This script is an upgrade of this template script. Heatmap MACD Strategy Pineconnector Pineconnector is a trading bot software that forwards TradingView alerts to your Metatrader 4/5 for automating trading. Many traders don't know how to dynamically create Pineconnector-compatible alerts using the data from their TradingView scripts. Traders using trading bots want their alerts to reflect the stop-loss/take-profit/trailing-stop/stop-loss to breakeven options from your script and then create the orders accordingly. This script showcases how to create Pineconnector alerts dynamically. Pineconnector doesn't support alerts with multiple Take Profits. As a workaround, for 2 TPs, I had to open two trades. It's not optimal, as we end up paying more spreads for that extra trade - however, depending on your trading strategy, it may not be a big deal. TradingView Alerts 1) You'll have to create one alert per asset X timeframe = 1 chart. Example : 1 alert for EUR/USD on the 5 minutes chart, 1 alert for EUR/USD on the 15-minute chart (assuming you want your bot to trade the EUR/USD on the 5 and 15-minute timeframes) 2) For each alert, the alert message is pre-configured with the text below {{strategy.order.alert_message}} Please leave it as it is. It's a TradingView native variable that will fetch the alert text messages built by the script. 3) Don't forget to set the webhook URL in the Notifications tab of the TradingView alerts UI. EA configuration The Pyramiding in the EA on Metatrader must be set to 2 if you want to trade with 2 TPs => as it's opening 2 trades. If you only want 1 TP, set the EA Pyramiding to 1. Regarding the other EA settings, please refer to the Pineconnector documentation on their website. Logger The Pineconnector commands are logged in the TradingView logger. You'll find more information about it from this TradingView blog post Important Notes 1) This multiple MACDs strategy doesn't matter much. I could have selected any other indicator or concept for this script post. I wanted to share an example of how you can quickly upgrade your strategy, making it compatible with Pineconnector. 2) The backtest results aren't relevant for this educational script publication. I used realistic backtesting data but didn't look too much into optimizing the results, as this isn't the point of why I'm publishing this script. 3) This template is made to take 1 trade per direction at any given time. Pyramiding is set to 1 on TradingView. The strategy default settings are: Initial Capital: 100000 USD
 Position Size: 1 contract Commission Percent: 0.075% Slippage: 1 tick No margin/leverage used For example, those are realistic settings for trading CFD indices with low timeframes but not the best possible settings for all assets/timeframes. Concept The Heatmap MACD Strategy allows selecting one MACD in five different timeframes. You'll get an exit signal whenever one of the 5 MACDs changes direction.
 Then, the strategy re-enters whenever all the MACDs are in the same direction again. It takes: long trades when all the 5 MACD histograms are bullish short trades when all the 5 MACD histograms are bearish You can select the same timeframe multiple times if you don't need five timeframes. For example, if you only need the 30min, the 1H, and 2H, you can set your timeframes as follow: 30m 30m 30m 1H 2H Risk Management Features All the features below are pips-based. Stop-Loss Trailing Stop-Loss Stop-Loss to Breakeven after a certain amount of pips has been reached Take Profit 1st level and closing X% of the trade Take Profit 2nd level and close the remaining of the trade Custom Exit I added the option ON/OFF to close the opened trade whenever one of the MACD diverges with the others. WMA + MACD strategy with trailing stopHi! That's my first strategy. I already learn pine, so i will work on it more. Now i search how to make trailing stop working. "WMA + MACD strategy with traiing stop" is very simple strategy which is designated for stocks market. It is created only to take long positions. Buy signal is when WMA(120) is below price and macd(10,20,10) histogram is higher than 0. Position should be automaticly closed when price hits stoploss level. One transaction should be max 20% of our capital and stoploss is set 3% lower than last closing price.

Dual MACD Strategy [Js.k]Strategy Overview The Dual MACD Strategy leverages two MACD indicators with different parameters to generate buy and sell signals. By combining the trend-following properties of MACD with specific entry/exit criteria, this strategy aims to capture significant price movements while effectively managing risk. Entry and Exit Conditions Long Entry: A buy signal is triggered when: The histogram of MACD1 crosses above zero. The histogram of MACD2 is positive and rising. Short Entry: A sell signal is triggered when: The histogram of MACD1 crosses below zero. The histogram of MACD2 is negative and declining. Risk Management Stop Loss and Take Profit: Stop Loss is set at 1% below the entry price for long positions and 1% above the entry price for short positions. Take Profit is set at 1.5% above the entry price for long positions and 1.5% below the entry price for short positions. Position Sizing: Each trade risks a maximum of 10% of account equity, keeping potential losses manageable and in line with standard trading practices. Backtesting Results The strategy is tested on BTCUSDT with a time frame of 1 hour, resulting in 200+ trades. The initial capital for backtesting is set to $10,000, with a realistic commission of 0.04% and a slippage of 2 ticks. Conclusion This strategy is inspired by Dreadblitz's Double MACD Buy and Sell, as well as some YouTube videos. My purpose in redeveloping them into this strategy is to validate the practicality of the Double MACD. After multiple modifications, this is the final version. I believe its profitability is limited and may lead to losses; please do not use this strategy for live trading.

MACD Strategy with trailing ATR stopThis is a trend based strategy that uses EMA and SMA intersection for determining the direction of the trend and MACD for the entry signal. At the same time, the strategy uses ATR, which is working as a trailing stop. The strategy entry will work when the Trend ribbon will turn green and MACD line will crossover the signal line. This strategy also takes into account the pyramiding and allows to enter the second time if the signal will repeat itself. There are 3 exit points. The first 10% of the position will be closed when the price will increase by 1%. The second portion of 50% will be closed when the price reaches 5% Take profit target. The remaining 40 % of the position will wait for the exit signal which will occur when the price closes below the ATR line. The strategy is using a fixed amount in dollars, each time the entry occurs the strategy will enter with 100$ in the order. The strategy can be applied to other crypto assets. MACD+ Strategy [SystemAlpha]This is a strategy based on MACD Oscillator . Instead of using just the normal crossovers, we use trend filters, trailing stop loss and take profit targets. This strategy was developed for crypto, forex and stocks on daily timeframe but feel free to experiment on 15 minutes or higher using heikin ashi or normal candles In this strategy you have a choice of: Trend Filters: - Average Directional Index ( ADX ) – buy when price is trend is up and sell when trend is down. - Moving Average (MA) – buy when price close above the defined moving average and sell when price close below moving average - Parabolic SAR – buy when SAR is above price is above price and sell when SAR is below price. - All - Use ADX , MA and SAR as filters For MA Filter , you can use the “TF MA Type” and "TF MA Period" parameter to select Simple or Exponential Moving Average and length. MACD StrategyThis script sends buy and sell signals as alerts to 3Commas (online software with trading bots in cryptocurreny) It's based on 2 indicators: - MACD - 12 EMA and 26 EMA When the 12 EMA and 26 EMA crossover, the MACD line crosses above 0. The goal here is to look for buy signals when the MACD and Signal are below 0, the histogram is positive, and there was or will be a 12 EMA and 26 EMA crossover. I struggle with the following: - There are multiple ways to use this as a crossover signal. I want to calculate the win rate of every posibility. - What should be my take profit and my stoploss? I think a 2:1 R/R,and a 60% win rate would make a great strategy! I could use some advice.
