SOLANA bounce after retracing to 61.8% Fib.SOLANA bounce after retracing to 61.8% Fib. which coincided with the 200 VWMA (thin orange line) on the hourly (note: Thick Orange Line is the 200 SMA).
Higher high on the hourly set, hinting on a possible reversal of the short-term downward trend.
Waiting for potential bull flag breakout vs. BTC.
Ichicloud on the hourly turned bearish though, but will continue to hold. Stop limit set below the 65% Fib level.
Bearish cross of the Red 21 EMA vs. the green 50 SMA on the 4 hourly will be averted if SOL continue to remain above the 50 SMA, after having bounced off of it.
PRISM Oscillators indicated a bullish diversion on the acceleration oscillator.
A more confident short-term bullish outlook will be secured if SOL returns above the red 21 EMA on the 4 hrly, and stop-limit might then be updated (raised) to just below this level accordingly.
Solana's Inverse Head & Shoulder Pattern In The MakingThe inverse H&S pattern is developing and likely to show fully on this chart.
We are looking at Solana vs Bitcoin (SOLBTC).
Not only this pattern but we can also see prices holding above EMA10;
The highest volume in the last two weeks (volume breakout);
And a very strong RSI.
We can also look at this from a different perspective, and that is the "same pattern".
We can notice a low 12-May followed by a lower low 13-June.
This precedes a bullish breakout.
It is normal to see a correction/retrace after the initial breakout.
This correction/retrace is now coming to an end all across the board.
It ends in a higher low that leads to a higher high...

SOL/BTC WeakeningWe are running out of Buyers for SOL. SOL/BTC also hit resistance here, and we expect a continuation of the trend to the 0.5 or 0.618 extension on SOL/BTC. Price can fall to 25 USD or lower when BTC dumps.
Looking at the recent PA these past few hours, we can see BTC and ETH are stronger. We can also see a distribution pattern with volume suggesting distribution, similar to the TOTAL chart at 48k (See Link to Related Ideas)
Loading shorts between 42.2 and 42.8.
Solana (SOL) / BTC - On the above 1-day chart price action has increased 3300% against Bitcoin. Fantastic. A number of reasons now exist to turn bearish. They include:
1) The overbought indicator (green column). No sell signal yet, but it is in the post. Look left.
2) Price action has been trending in the upward channel since the beginning of the year. Price action is currently testing the upper side of the channel. The last 3 occasions it was rejected. Look left.
3) The Bollinger band price action is way outside the upper half of the band. Remember 95% of all price action trades inside the band. Against Look left when this far outside.
4) On the weekly chart (below) 5 oscillators are showing ‘bearish divergence’ with price action as price action tests the upper Chanel - perhaps this time is different?!
Sell from 200k sats if you can get it.
Fully expecting price action to break the upper channel, which will ultimately result in a fake out.

We used the trend based fib tool to measure Wave 1's impulse move to the low of Wave 2.
Wave 3
We found the exact top of Wave 3, which was the 1.618.
Note: Counts 3 and 4 inside of Wave 3 arent perfect there am a little skeptic about this being an Elliot Wave but will continue to refer to as waves for ease.
Wave 4
-48% correction.
Wave 5
Wave 5 should be smaller than Wave 3, therefore I am looking for the target to be the 1:1 tb.fib tool with wicks to 1.112, but ultimately it will dance around the 1:1 before sell off.
