IT40:The real excuse for more strict restrictions in ItalyHi everyone!
As showed in my previous analysis on Dow Jones Industrial index(US30),also on the Italian major index we can see shaping a strong reversal trend patter(Head&Shoulder) on monthly timeframe.
Also,we can notice that the bull trend started last year in April,due to huge injections of liquidity made by ECB given by a so called tool named Quantitative Easing,it's running out of steam...
Technically we could say that,but in reality the end of this run is the result given by the fact that ECB will finish soon to inject money in the market(QE),and big speculators knowing so are starting to take off their profits.
With the actual pattern given by market structure I can see the value of the Italian index dropping to next strong support level,which is around 22000/22500 €.

IT40 trade ideas
IT40- Long potential , indices reversal?Going into the next few trading sessions i see a long on IT 40 as a viable position.
From technicals we have potential to move lower by a further 200 points, i however see a reversal from the current region potentially sending the index higher.
TP and SL are on screen.

So now the price direct to potential follow of trend and start to move instantly.

Good chance of STRONG breakoutHello all, today I would like to share this analysis about the FTSE MIB index. A like would be appreciated; now, let me describe my strategy.
1. The horizontal line at the bottom seems to form a good support: it was touched several times in the last 20 years, but it hasn't been surpassed by any bar. Unfortunately, the "First resistance" line kept the index low for approximately 13 years.
2. This index shows a ciclic pattern: every 1300 days it goes from the bottom to the first resistance: it happened for 3 times.
3. Nowadays, we are again on the first resistance line: if there will be a breakout of it, the "Second resistance" will be reached in few bars: it's a potential +20% for the index.
4. Then, as we can see from the left of the graph, a green DOJI pattern could indicate a weakness of the "Second resistance" line. However, in my opinion there will be a pullback to the low price of the DOJI.
5. This won't stop the growth of the index, which will gain another 15% in the next bars.
The growth will slow down around 36700 points, as the historical channel of the index is 12300 points: today the index is at 24500 points and could gain the amount of the channel in the next future.
My target is 24500 + 12300 = 36700 LONG.
In my opinion, the ciclic aspect of this index will keep going on, so we will see this huge bounce up in the next 960 days (1300 days - 340 days).

Sweet little bear - short the weakestBuy the strongest, sell the weakest.
Buy the Nasdaq (strong fundamentals) , Sell the weakest (Italy has no tourism, Industrial production came out negative today and a gvment crisis seems on it's way as coalition partners are withdrawing support from a fragile government).
I'm going short already and the chart almost agrees (almost at major resistance which means I am shorting it today but i am prepared to short again IF it manages to rise to the resistance).
Hope it all makes sense. I am not a psychic to know what today and tomorrow brings, so hedging is important: Buy the strongest, sell the weakest.
