$ETHBTC - Bottom is in.As I posted earlier in the week, I think BITSTAMP:ETHUSD is primed to run in the near term, here's the original post:
Building on top of that, we have more indication that ETHBTC may have found some bullish support, on the shorter time frames over the past few days you can see a clear double-bottom where I highlighted the yellow semi-circle. ETHBTC has even made a higher high now as of today, as BTC has tested support near 94k USD.
If ETHUSD rallies as we expect, it makes sense that through Jan-Feb BTC.D will see a steep correction along with this. This is not to say that I am bearish BTC- I don't think BTCUSD is done, but I do think there are better RR trades emerging in the market soon.

Crucial Moment for ETH/BTC- ETH/BTC is approaching the end of a symmetrical triangle formation on the daily chart, which began back in July 2022.
- The CM Williams Vix and Ultimate RSI indicators suggest that the bottom was established in late March 2023.
- Currently, ETH/BTC is testing a significant resistance line that has held strong since July 2017.
Additionally, considering the Bitcoin Dominance nearing a resistance point (see attached analysis below), it wouldn't surprise me if we witness a breakout for ETH/BTC, resulting in a decreasing Bitcoin dominance and Ethereum outperforming BTC at the moment.
I will conduct further analysis below using other timeframes
ETH/BTC - Did ETh finally got bottom against Bitcoin ? ETH/BTC Daily chart: It looks like ETh finally reach bottom in this big Weeekly FVg at around 0.031 in November 2024. We have a nice and strong bounce from this Zone, and recently retrace and confirmation. This is the most hated Chart in Crypto community and we waiting for this bottom almost 4 years. Time for ETh to shine and bring us to new Altcoin seasson 2025 !!!
Ethereum \ Bitcoin awaited renaissance in forming.
The coefficient shows signs of bottoming out with inverse Head&Shoulders forming and a descending wedge (though doubtful but workable) trying to push ETH\BTC out to the upside. Should ETH succeed in gaining back its power - then the action might turn out to be very explosive, accelerating the altcoin season.

This pair helps analize all the crypto market and may be a great indicator of the fuking alt season...
In this case we can see a good landing of the C wave at 78,6% fib. which coincides with fib. ext. 1.618 (this is one of my favorite setups)
But realize we can fall even to 0.032 which is ext 2, but if we fall from that level the market will keep fucking us really hard at us the altcoin holders.

Ethereum VS Bitcoin has bottomed. BUY!!It has been a long while since I have made a chart as I have only been updating older charts.
It's time for a new one!!
Taking a look at this weekly chart of ETH VS BTC I do believe it has either bottomed or very near the bottom. Expect a strong reversal very soon, could start before this months end.
There is some bullish divergence in the RSI and the LAZY BEAR indicators, which is also a very positive sign.
This is one of the ultimate Alt season indicators, do not let the market or anyone else fool you. 2025 will be very good for the alts at least.
What to look for in 2025
Although I do expect another higher high from Bitcoin in quarter 1 of 2025, it is also possible that it might have topped already. Time will tell that.
Scenario 1 Assuming bitcoin has topped the rest of the rally will be about alts and them forming a top in quarter 1 which would mark the end of the bull market.
Scenario 2 This is the one I prefer and expect. I do see bitcoin making another move higher in quarter 1 and topping anywhere from 120k all the way to 170k area. Most likely 120k to 145k max. The sure bet is, bitcoin will surprise most people. Now during this run up expect Ethereum to make leaps and bounds along with most if not all altcoins.
KEY POINT Altcoins will most likely top after bitcoin tops. How far out this goes is the question and I do have a theory for it. No matter where
and when bitcoin tops out at, I do expect a strong rally latter in the year with a good chance that some or a lot of altcoins continue to make new highs while bitcoin does not. This would be the ultimate sell and don't look aback signal if it were to happen.
The RSI and where ETH could top vs BTC.
I would strongly look at the down trending yellow line I have added to the RSI as a strong resistance area and possible sell zone. The area of interest is at the 77 to 80 on the RSI.
That's all I have for now but be sure to follow as I will continue to update and add new info fairly often to this chart for the next few months or most of 2025.

Potentially a good time to switch from BTC to ETH.Hi all, let's look at the 1W ETH to BTC chart, in this situation we can see how the price is moving below the downtrend lines, in this situation we have several such lines which also indicate strong resistance places for the price in a given move.
Currently, a correction is visible, but as the trend reverses, resistance levels are visible at the following levels:
T1 = 0.04504btc around 21.5%
T2 = 0.05346btc around 44%
T3 = 0.06004btc around 61.5%

ETHBTC Is Sitting At Strong Monthly SupportETHBTC cross pair has been trading bearish for the last two years or so due to Bitcoin dominance, but now that Bitcoin dominance is slowing down and ALTcoin dominance kicking in, seems like we are in the ALTseason and ETHBTC pair may see a recovery soon.
ETHBTC chart can be actually still trading in a correction within uptrend. It’s right now sitting at interesting and strong support area when looking at the monthly chart. We have strong monthly trendline and impulsive five waves up, followed by a three-wave A-B-C correction into an important 67,8% Fibo retracement, which is a bullish pattern from technical and Elliott wave perspective. We are actually already in the ALTseason and if ETHBTC pair is really about to bounce and starts recovering soon, then ALTseason may resume and Ethereum can be one of the strongest.

Resistance: 0.04078 BTC (visible ceiling price).
Support: 0.03704 BTC (current base price).

The price has shown a downward trend recently, stabilizing between 0.03704 and 0.03780 BTC.
A lower high pattern indicates weak bullish momentum.
3. Volume:
Volume spikes show occasional interest but are inconsistent, suggesting buyers and sellers remain cautious.
4. RSI (Relative Strength Index):
The RSI is around the 40-50 range, which is neither oversold nor overbought. This signals neutral momentum with no clear bullish dominance.
Bias Toward Ethereum (ETH):
Short-Term Opportunity: ETH/BTC has held its support around 0.03704. If it holds this level and breaks above 0.03800 with volume confirmation, a push toward 0.04000+ is possible.
Risk: A break below 0.03704 can open the door to further downside, toward 0.03500 BTC.
Trade Outlook:
Bullish Case: Look for a breakout above 0.03800 BTC with strong volume to target 0.04078 BTC.

Given Ethereum’s current positioning, bullish momentum needs confirmation, but ETH looks slightly favorable at this support level for a cautious long entry.

As a result, based on Periodicity and Cyclical Impulses & Retracements I would say that ETHBTC pair is quite ready to gain strength toward illustrated 1.618 to 2.618 Extension Fibs shown on the chart.
Other Technical Indicators
- The RSI (2) : there are to positive divergences in 3M time frame - one longer term and the other shorter term.

ETH/BTCAlmost time to switch over to ETH from BTC. Price came down and mitigated that grey weekly zone. Also looks like structure is in a bullish harmonic pattern. Long story short... If you want to know when to enter long here... wait until price close a weekly candle above 0.041. That will be a weekly bullish break of structure, and also an entry with less risk.
Potential Gains against BTCEthereum stands to gain ground vs Bitcoin if it can get and hold above the red line above.
Targets on the chart.
If it fails to get and hold above the red line, it may re-test the green line first before moving up.
If the green line is tested and lost, expect equally measured moves to the downside instead.
