BRK.B I'm not sure I like the large cash position. I am not seeing great signs of an economic crash or recession getting treasury yield has vastly underperformed the wider market. I think Buffet and Co are losing out on higher returns using models that were more applicable in a market pre algorithmic and high-frequency trading patterns
NDQSPXBRK.BAAPLBTCUSDT The only reason Berkshire Hathaway outperformed S&P 500 is because of its Apple holdings. This is the first time Warren Buffet not doing buybacks. I’m not sure whether he thinks the market is just overvalued somehow so he’s keep buying short term bonds and holding cash readying for future correction. He lost lots of possible profits gains by selling TSMC or due to Charlie Munger’s death who had been equally contrarian of Warren Buffets conservative strategies.
SPXBTCUSDTNAS100AAPLBRKB Warren buffet sold stocks Q3 again. He’s a wealthy investor who made billions by investing during favorable economic times, likely due to his early exposure to finance. Buffett has been consistently selling Apple shares recently. However, he may be either too old to understand current technological revolutions or simply overrated. He missed the mark with investments like TSMC, Kraft Heinz, and Occidental Petroleum and owns few tech-heavy assets, aside from Apple. He continued to sell stocks in Q2 even as the market rallied, and recent reports indicate that he sold more of Apple and Bank of America in Q3, with Berkshire Hathaway holding $325.5 billion in cash. He maybe wrong again but it’s worth noting.
