Lisk - Buy OpportuityHi Traders
Let's take a look at Lisk on the 1h chart, and back it up with the daily.
Technicals:
-MACD has shown strong divergence in line with a nice wave 1. coming back to the lagging line par and expecting a bounce off this or a slight dip under if we push through the current support to the second green buying box. Starting to turn on the daily chart as well based on my indicator settings.
-Volume has tapered off with less and less sell pressure as we converge on the 61.8% fib coinciding with the general end point of a C wave retracement. Nice big daily buy bar sitting here now.
-RSI also mirroring a C wave retracement here, looking to turn upwards but plenty of growth available. Has turned on the daily and heading upwards with lots of growth.
-Elliot waves: Typically a wave 2 shows the clearest ABC retracement which is what we are looking at here. Convergence with the Fib lines is a sign of potential strong resistance areas.
Be mindful that if BTC decides to run here, and we push below the second green buy box then the analysis is invalidated.
First target of 20990
Second target of 22100
Third target for extended wave 3 the highest red line drawn.
I recommend you layer both buys are sells to ensure you are not caught out.

Lisk has had a phenomenal relaunch event. Surprisingly though, the price plummeted during the event and continued to do so for 4 days. Lisk has been one of the top performers in the past 3 months and it looks like a lot of people were taking profits prior to the event, and that followed with a panic sell from weak hands!
I personally want to accumulate lisk more than EVER! A $100 lisk is coming soon, really soon.
We have reached the bottom of our channel where it looks like we are approaching a perfect buying opportunity.
We have a solid 3-month channel here that has been playing out well for Lisk and we are close to the bottom channel where in my opinion is a great accumulation opportunity. I expect the bulls to take control now! We are currently in a very tight falling wedge (2 purple lines) and we could breakout any minute.
Could we break that channel and go downwards? Maybe! Anything is possible in this crazy crypto market!
ACCUMULATION STRATEGY:
- The yellow triangle respresents our first accumulation zone where you can accumulate 75% of your position. (~200,000 Satoshis)
- The orange rectangle respresents the second accumulation zone where you can accumulate 25% of your position. (I don't think we will be visiting this zone, but you never know!)
- The blue rectangle represents the zone where you should sell your house, wife and kids to buy more Lisk.... Just kidding :) (IGNORE THIS RECTANGLE)
TARGET PROFITS:
TP1: 255,000 Satoshis (27% Profit)
TP2: 322,000 Satoshis (61% Profit)
TP3: 397,000 Satoshis (98% Profit)
TP4: 442,000 Satoshis (121% Profit)
TP5: 517,000 Satoshis (158% Profit)

Lisk correction projectionsThere's not enough here for a bounce above the 618, so we'll bounce to it and then we go to C.
still, B-C could be a 20-25% move for the next week or so.
We are in for another wave lower tho, and it will go to the support zone around 120k, if not the 0.382 fib at 134.6k, or the daily 200 at 139k
Educational paper trading plan;
buy the 0.5 touch at 173k , sell at 15% up near 200k
Then somewhere at the end of march, buy the 0.236 fib at 86k or an earlier bounce at the targets listed above, for a longer hold.
Lisk Potentioanl Buy ZonesClear H&S on the LISK Day chart with the right shoulder finishing on the support line, now its stuck between a heavy support and resistance channel. The Bollinger bands are extremely far apart... The Parabolic SAR dots are above the candles meaning a sell signal. RSI is in a clear downtrend and the MACD has had its cross over... with bitcoin yet to make up its mind and looking like it may go further down so should alts. Buy zone is smack bang in clear trajectory for the 100 day EMA. Buy zone should be 175k sats and 162k sats.
I don't own LISK nor will I buy any just testing theories.
