Our goal is to find a low support point and enter. It can be referred to as buying at the pullback point. The pullback point can be found with a Fibonacci extension of 61.80%. This is a step to find entry level. 1) Find a triangle (Fibonacci Speed Fan Line) that connects the high (resistance) and low (support) points of the stock in progress, where it is continuously expressed as a Slingshot, 2) and create a Fibonacci extension level for the first rising wave from the start point of slingshot pattern. When the current price goes over 61.80% level , that can be a good entry point, especially if the SMA 100 and 200 curves are gathered together at 61.80%, it is a very good entry point. As a great help, tradingview provide these Fibonacci speed fan lines and extension levels with ease. So if you use the Fibonacci fan line, the extension level, and the SMA 100/200 curve well, you can find an entry point for the stock market. At least you have to enter at this low point to avoid trading failure, and if you are skilled at entering this low point, with fibonacci6180 technique, your reading skill to chart will be greatly improved. If you want to do day trading, please set the time frame to 5 minutes or 15 minutes, and you will see many of the low point of rising stocks. If want to prefer long term range trading, you can set the time frame to 1 hr or 1 day.

LCID - Looks Bearish Ahead Of EarningsIs looking bearish in the short term here ahead of Earnings. Notice we had a bearish upper wicked candle (first arrow) to complete the bearish ascending wedge and it recovered to print another wave up that has seen heavy sell pressure with a long wicked Shooting Star (arrow) and now a bearish momentum shakeout (arrow). So the current chart pattern for this area is bearish overall and it could go quite a bit lower from here. However LCID is deep here and it has already hit our long term 2.272 target (client only). So its not out of the question that LCID could have a positive earnings and see an huge gap up as we have seen with other stocks. Earnings can be quite a lottery and there can be wild moves at trend extremities. Equally we could see a large bearish move through earnings and there is a risk that it could be the start of the next wave down to lower fibs. This one looks very dicey here so I have taken small profit and 100% exited. As I keep saying; there is so much on the menu currently that there is no need to take unnecessary risk. If earning is bullish then i've lost nothing and best of luck to LCID buyers. But if its bearish then will will have evaded loss and may even get a deeper buy down the road. This looks dangerous - we'll see 🤨.

LUCID the stock that no one likeLUCID is highly undervalued here in the 3$ zone Most top funds hold a large % in their portfolio, wonder why? no brainer why, super undervalued, sentiment negative, in a great demand zone. Once the down-trend channel shifts, a nuke candle will come to zone $15 - 17 Then re-accumulation phase happens with taking profit and then the next run-up starts with price discovery breaking ATH probably by 2025. In summary, 2024 bounces levels for stocks/crypto while 2025 is the real bull-run and price discovery start but people won't see these low prices after Q2 of 2024. Remember financial markets are highly volatile, bear in mind the risk of trading.

LCID SHORT on VWAP rejecting price rise.In my previous idea of January 29, I bought LCID as it broke out of a falling wedge on news from Saudi Arabia fixing supply chain and production issues for body parts. LCID ascended the following day to fall down on rejection from the mean VWAP band line anchored in mid- December. On the 4H chart, another smaller and more condensed falling wedge is found and price is moving down toward the one standard deviation line below the mean VWAP ( the jagged blue line ) which is now horizontal. The last candle is red and narrow bodied. It is near the top of the channel. Trade plan- I will short LCID here and add to the position each time price returns to the top of the channel as monitored on a lower time frame such as 15-45 minutes. I will watch for a reversal of the down-trending lines of the zero-lag MACD and a cross at the bottom. Similarly for the RSI indicator and its green fast and red slow line in the range of RSI value of 20-35. Likewise, if price rises above the channel in an early breakout, the trade is over as the downtrend is correcting again. If the price were to break resistance of the mean VWAP zone, this would represent a break of the down supertrend and could cause a bit of a short squeeze to get underway. If I see that, I will get into a long position with more position size as it could become lucrative.

Lucid Motors Liquidity GapIt would appear that LUCID GROUP is facing a sell off based on bad new, dilution of shares, lack of consumer demand. However, based on technical, it would appear to be a very aggressive sell-off it was a sell-off. Not beneficial to not allow for market to recover in regards to liquidity. Based on the aggressive downside moves, the probability of a cat bounce appears very high and I am honestly amazed at the open interest on puts that could look to be burnt. 3$ options expiring this week are trading at $.08 a contract at the moment and if there is any level of volatility to the bull side, the out of the money 3$ strike will flip into the money and dominoing into an extreme level of gamma exposure on the short side. People shorting need to close their position at some point, like also contributing to the large put open interest which could be contracts shorted with shorted equity.
