MULN; Institutional Owners POST r/s, buyers and vol, fintel.io NASDAQ:MULN Select list of Institutional owners of MULN, dates of purchase and buy volume (quoted in # of shares). (source: fintel.io) This is just a few on a long list of large volume buyers that either bought or added AFTER the r/s on 05/04/2023. As of July 10 2023, none of these listed had reported closing their positions. MULN reported that their current cash position is $235M, with roughly $7.5M in debt. They'll be reporting rev for the 1st time since inception in the next few quarters. MULN has 2 factories STATESIDE, and even better, purchase orders totaling more than twice their current market cap, giving material evidence of demand. MULN is prioritizing commercial trucks/cargo vans for commercial fleets, and have established partners to fulfill parts & service maintenance on warranties. They've also been granted 90 patents and have developed interactive AI tech for their vehicle commercial and consumer line ups. On top of all this, they still managed to find time to retain an attorney and file an investigation for you because you're concerned about the stock price. To be fair, the concern is valid. Majority of the articles out there are just hate mongering on MULN. With words in the title like "Bankruptcy," or "Dead Cat Bounce," it's no wonder investors are stressed with uncertainty but the truth is those articles are written as editorials, not analysis. The writers want you to feel some kind of way. They're not analyzing or even citing quantifiable data. More often than not, they're reduced to low key debasing MULN by calling it a "meme stock." Its 2023 people, ad hominem arguments are a sign of desperate ineptitude, not astute intel. I dont know if Id blame the short sellers for the heavily discounted price on MULN, more than Id blame all the sock puppets, pretending to be civil, but are really just spreading conflict for MULN by disparaging the company and then trying to sound impartial by saying "this writer does not own a position in this stock." Oh, you have no skin in the game? Then maybe stfu. That's like a person who doesn't own a car giving me advice on how to drive and what the road looks like, when they're not even in the car. full disco: I own MULN and I give zero f*ks if you buy in or not. Blackrock, Vanguard, Geode Cap, State Street, Northern Trust, Fidelity, Schwab, everyone else accumulating on the DL, MULN themselves, and I, myself, do not need you to hold our hand. MULN trading the volatility LongOn the 30 minute chart, MULN has pulled back from a brief uptrend. I see things suitable for an entry. I have added to the chart, the anchored VWAP lines serving as dynamic support and resistance. The mean VWAP will be my designated stop loss while lines one and two standard deviations above that are the first and second targets. Overall, the long trade is projecting a ROI of 27% compared with the stop loss of 11%. This trade could play out in only one day given MULN's volatility. The zero-lag MACD shows a line cross impending and confluent with the zero horizontal line. The relative volatility oscillator shows the magnitude of the shifts in that regard. From my perspective, no matter the fundamentals of the financial health of MULN, the volatility of the price action and technicals can be played long with high potential profit.

(NASDAQ: MULN) finds itself in a similar position with the stock trading near its all-time low. While the company has been sharing positive news recently, MULN stock is down nearly 98% YTD and the reason for this drop could be naked short selling according to the company. Looking to combat naked short selling, MULN recently retained Christian Attar to take action against market manipulators. Following the news, MULN stock soared by as much as 81% and continues to gain momentum. In light of this, MULN could run over the coming weeks as the company takes more action to combat naked short-selling. MULN Fundamentals Combatting Naked Short Selling With evidence of illegal naked short selling happening to the stock, MULN retained Christian Attar to lead its investigation into the naked short selling activity the stock has been witnessing. By adding key players such as ShareIntel and Christian Attar, MULN appears to be aggressively combatting naked short selling which could be a main reason for the stock’s poor performance recently despite the company’s positive announcements. Share Buyback Program On that note, MULN is looking to capitalize on the stock’s low PPS by announcing a $25 million share buyback program that is authorized through December 31st, 2023. In this way, MULN is adding value to its shareholders as this program would significantly reduce the company’s float of 190.1 million shares. With the company announcing the buyback program right after retaining Christian Attar to combat naked short selling, MULN stock could be poised to continue running over the coming weeks. Technical Analysis MULN stock is in a neutral trend and is trading in a sideways channel between its support at $0.1, and its resistance at $0.1552, below the 200 MA. Looking at the indicators the stock is currently above the 50, and 21 MAs which are bullish indications, and is below the 200 MA which is a bearish indication. Meanwhile, the RSI is overbought at 73 and the MACD is bullish to the upside. As for the fundamentals, MULN’s recent announcements regarding combatting naked short selling and the share buyback program are promising since they add value to shareholders. $MULN Have It Found A Bottom?Rock bottom may be on the horizon for Mullen Automotive, Inc. (NASDAQ: MULN). MULN stock plummeted more than 90% from March 31 and is currently trading near its all-time low. That said, the stock is likely to run soon as it appears to have found a bottom. Given that the stock is trading below its cash level and with the company planning to start class-3 vans production in July, MULN stock could be on track to run this week. MULN Fundamentals The Bottom Is Here? As things stand, MULN stock is trading near its all-time low of $0.1550, however, the stock could be extremely undervalued at current levels. Although dilution is proving to be a major risk associated with MULN, the stock is trading below its cash level as the company has a cash position of $135 million or $.38 per share. This means that MULN has an upside of 140% from current levels to trade at its cash level. In this way, MULN could be extremely undervalued and the stock could see a rebound soon to reflect the company’s true value. Despite the risks, MULN stock could be extremely attractive at current levels since it could have found its bottom. Class 3 Production With this in mind, MULN has a major upcoming catalyst that could help the stock run. In terms of expenses, MULN experienced a sharp increase YoY from $30.45 million to $67.89 million. Despite this, MULN’s net loss decreased from $324.6 million to $116.9 million. Technical Analysis MULN stock is in a bearish trend and is trading in a downward channel. Looking at the indicators, the stock is currently below the 200, 50, and 21 MAs which are bearish indications. However, the RSI is oversold at 23 and the MACD is bearish. With the stock trading near its all-time low, MULN could be poised for a run soon – especially with Class 3 vehicles production set to begin in July. As for the fundamentals, MULN’s plans to start production of its Class 3 vehicles is a major catalyst since it would make the company one step closer to realizing revenues from its Class 3 lineup. Can MULN reverse its decline?MULN is a stock in the EV automotive space. As recently as last year it was priced at $30-40 per share. It has steadily declined but continues to have volatility flare-ups where the price spikes. I understand it has a bit of a cult-like following which is not uncommon. Price has lost 50% since the latter part of May. On the 15-minute chart, price has jumped about 10% in the past few days with increased volatility and a confirmatory trend of the lines of the MACD crossing above the zero horizontal line. I suppose this could be a retracement /correction but it also could be a reversal in its earliest phase. I see this as suitable for a small position risking less than a tenth of a percent of the account. The stop loss is 46 cents or about 6-7%. This is the recent pivot low. My first target is 1/2 of the previous decline or about $.70 with a second target at $.80 and the final target of $0.95 knowing that $ 1.00 is a psychological level.

Mullen - Falling Wedge Pattern - Breakout Target $.65NASDAQ:MULN Dark Pool exchange volume appears to be holding price down to facilitate the naked shorts. Out of the 700M volume from 4/24/23, 70% of that volume was in Dark Pools (unlit exchanges). In my opinion, the fundamentals are there to support higher share prices with the latest contract news, EV deliveries, and innovative tech that extends battery life which can be licensed! I would estimate price action could reach a target of $.65 over the course of next few months if Mullen continues to deliver on contracts. However, if Stock price manipulation or dilution continues to go unchecked, there's a high potential the stock will plummet and then the shareholder approved reverse stock split will be implemented to keep the company in compliance with trading above $1. MILN Electric Vehicle Penny Stock MULN is a nine-penny stock that is high volatile with a wide ATR. On the 15-minute chart, price is currently sitting above the support zone shown by the Luxalgo indicator. Upside to the resistance zone is nearly 40% which this stock can do in 1-2 days. Just in the past two days MULN formed a double top at 12 cents near to the VQAP + 2 then tended down. After the downtrend price currently in the undervalued range one standard deviation below VWAP which MULN is using for support. The RSI confirms price as in the low oversold zone while the high relative volume in the past couple of days affirms trader interest. Once a reversal is steadily underway I suspect a volume surge will drive price higher and do so quickly. I see this as a great opportunity to take swing long trade looking for at least 1/2 of the upside 40%. The stop loss will be set just below the support zone. If price moves there the trade is invalidated. If not the target is 12 cents at the level of the double top or alternatively a more conservative target of one standard above VWAP ( blue line) at about 11.4 cents. Lastly, there is the alternative of inexpensive options which if taken strategically can significantly leverage the returns of a stock trade.
