Vital Ltd. is engaged in providing and managing mobile radio networks. It operates through the following segments: Wireless Networks and Wired Networks. The Wireless Network segment includes the traditional mobile radio business of TeamTalk Limited along with associated finance leasing, data and GPS tracking products and the wireless broadband business. The Wired Networks segment includes the wired broadband business of CityLink Limited who provides broadband connectivity and ancillary related services to a range of wholesale customers and end users. The company was founded by David Brian Ware in 1994 and is headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand.
