Minato Holdings, Inc. engages in the development, manufacture, and sale of electronic equipment, electrical measuring instruments, and computer systems software. It operates through the following business segments: Memory Module, Telework Solution, Digital Device Peripheral Equipment, Device Programming and Display Solution, System Development, and Other Businesses. The Memory Module segment manufactures and sells computer storage devices for industrial equipment applications called DIMMs (Dual Inline Memory Modules). The Telework Solution sells digital conference system related equipment such as TV and Web conferences, maintenance services, and license sales. The Digital Device Peripheral Equipment segment handles the sale e-sports related products, memory, peripheral equipment of digital devices such as PCs and smartphones. The Device Programming and Display Solution manufactures and sells device programmer products, touch panel products, and digital signage products; develops new technologies and products; inspects, and provides quality control, as well as ROM writing services. The System Development develops information systems and dispatches engineers. The Other Businesses covers environmental electronics related business; arrangement of acquisitions of companies, mediation and consulting services related to these, environmental electronics related business of solar power generation business; website construction, advertisement production production, sales promotion, and marketing consulting business; sale of mobile accessories; system development business and worker dispatch business; software and hardware design, manufacturing, development design contract, in-house product design and manufacturing. The company was founded on December 17, 1956 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
