SMI, and Macd converging on each other as well as RSI fading off the pop.
There does not seem to be a strong level of support developed yet at 13.70, If we look $0.40 below then that (midway between the .786 and .618 fib) @ $13.35 I would expect to see the strongest level of support.
We have to take into consideration the people putting out the buy recommendation on $SONO. Andrew Left (head of Citron research is notorious for their slam pieces and pump writeups)
Whenever they mention a stock and talk about the direction they think its going to go, it moves hard in that direction and then pulls back after the market overreacts.
I am cautiously optimistic on the upside potential $SONO has here, but a pull back with have to occur first.

SONOS to complete 3 wave movement, candidate for a pullbackDISCLAIMER: I currently do not have any positions in SONOS, but I am looking to hop into a short trade prior to the pullback.
The current trend looks like it has some room still to go, however, at the top of the triangle there appears to be two big points of resistance that the stock faces from a historical standpoint.
At the beginning of the current positive trend we started a bear flag that didn't complete, which probably was a mix of positive news, market holiday season, etc. This stock should correct with the rest of the market come early January.
The pullback might not be as severe as this chart might suggest, but the steam on this positive trend looks to be getting a little bit tired.
Sonos OutlookThis chart combines Elliott Wave Theory and Fib Retracement Theory. Sonos is Up 65% YTD and may have a chance to go up 100% on next years chart. Great Speakers. Could end up getting bought out. Their Operating Income and Net income loss has slowly been decreasing over the last 4 years and 2020 may be their first profitable year. I believe that Fair value on this stock is somewhere between $12.5 and $15. Who doesn't love these speakers and speaker systems.
BUYOUT RUMOR. AMAZON, BOSE, GOOGLE. TARGET $23 TO $25 Although we do not have a position in SONO, we recently heard Bose, Google and or Amazon could make a move on SONO due to the companies strong AI / Voice Activated Portfolio of Audio Products.
