Just my suggestion of what the 4 hour might be playing out on GBPUSD, I will look for lower timeframe market structure in line with this and take trade ideas of that...still bearing in mind that price has the right of way Trade idea : A SHORT pullback maybe to the POI ( Point of interest but not necessary) and a continuation of the LONG move to the Draw on...

FOREXCOM:GBPUSD GBPUSD Is currently making new lows and lower highs, there's no point forcing longs because we see a demand zone but I'll be watching the lower timeframe for a shift in market structure before considering longs to clear the equal Highs above Price can always dig lower to grab liquidity before reversing... NFA

FOREXCOM:EURUSD EURUSD Is reacting off a trendline to drop lower, this might be a manipulation to induce sellers and react of the demand zone below and rise high This is all short term as I believe EURUSD is still Bearish long term I'll be waiting for confirmation at the demand zone NFA

Price has broken two structure lows and created equal lows on the H1 timeframe. Failed demand indicated on chart was broken by the flipzone but the flipzone was mitigated an d the last supply zone is marked with the gann box as a possible entry for shorts to fill the voids below and take structural low. An extra confirmation will be if price takes the asian high...
