First resistance line broke on intersect with new bear resistance line, now new resistance line will intersect and we may see a dump or a pump. Hopefully the ladder, will update post.

Is this a new resistance line for value? I seem to see alot of Bearish 3 signals especially on lower timeframes, hopefully nothing that cant be overcome.
