Trade active:
Alright so my average price was around 26350, not got at all, but I'm doing this with educational purposes.
In this case we have 3 statistical signals from Spectro:
Trend Analysis:
By noticing the green clouds under the price, in the last 3-4 days we had a strong reversal("notice the alpha signal"). And we have a bullish trend, and if you're like me and like to trend with the trend, when the price enters those clouds, that in general can be a good entry points in general.
Predictive Channels(gray lines):
I don't like to use it to guess direction, I do believe it's almost impossible to guess in a short term to really know the direction of a given asset. YET, the statistical laws apply to everything. Even if the direction is random, the price tends to move around a certain area. 80% of the time it will happen within those lines. If they're out, well everything tends to go back to its mean.
Filtered Price Action:
It's basically our version of a Moving Average, and you can see the price crossed up, and more than half of the time it tends to go towards that direction, and that's an extra edge. Also confirms the direction.
