Bitcoin can touch resistance level and then bounce down

Not long time ago Bitcoin traded between of support level and resistance level.
Then, price made upward impulse and break resistance level, but soon back inside.
I expect that Bitcoin can rise to resistance level and bounce down.
Therefore I set up first target at $16800 support level and second target - $16400
