Hi Traders,

Seen this with some other ideas and I tend to agree.

Here is what I have in terms of formation and reasons for the target.
> Double bottom at this micro level or W formation.
> Triangle formation, and breakout of that
> Likely to be bull flag of small structure
> Target has confluence with Fib extension and height of structure of current to the base



I did note low liquidity on the daily.
